Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-05-04

By using CLOUD PI you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they describe what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

1. Service overview

CLOUD PI provides cloud-based mining infrastructure for the Pi Network. We rent compute capacity that mines on your behalf. We are not affiliated with Pi Network Core Team and do not custody your Pi Network credentials.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must own the Pi Network passphrase you sign in with — using someone else's phrase is prohibited.

3. Non-custodial wallet

Your 24-word secret phrase is encrypted in an HttpOnly cookie scoped to your browser session. We never persist it in plaintext, never log it, and cannot recover it. Loss of the phrase results in permanent loss of access — back it up offline.

4. Cloud node rentals

Node rentals are fixed-duration (typically 30 days). Mining yield depends on Pi Network conditions and is not guaranteed. Auto-payout is attempted at the end of each cycle to the wallet you signed in with.

5. Payments

Node fees are paid in π directly from your wallet to the treasury wallet specified in our settings. Transactions on the Pi Network are irreversible. We do not refund completed payments.

6. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no automated mass account creation, no fraudulent referrals, no attempts to disrupt the network. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is. We make no warranties about uptime, mining yield, or compatibility with future Pi Network changes. Cryptocurrency carries inherent risk — only mine what you can afford to lose access to.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CLOUD PI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Contact

Questions, complaints, or refund requests? Open a ticket from your dashboard at /tickets. Our support team replies in real-time. This is the only official support channel — we do not respond to private messages on social media.
